- Justice Thomas is correct in that black individuals should not be expected to adhere to any pre-conceived expectations of their attitudes. I can respect that, even though I disagree with most of his opinions. Now that we're transcending stereotypes, he goes on to assert he's not going under water.

- I want to see a good control-group study. One group is offered 12, 24, and 36 ounce Cokes. The other has 8, 16, and 24 ounce on their menu. All other things being equal, common sense says the second group will drink less, and I expect an unbiased study will confirm that.
